Wow, what a year! 2013 has certainly proved to be a great one. The end of this year also marks my one year anniversary of launching my full time photography career and I thought it would be a great time to share with you some highlights from a brilliant year.
I’ve had the pleasure of photographing portraits of some wonderful people, namely Gregg Wallace and Dr Dannie Abse and headshots of some brilliant actors and talented business people. Alongside the more corporate side of my business I have had the honour of photographing weddings from as far a field as Italy, Cyprus, Ireland, Norfolk and the surrounding areas of London. Oh and briefly became a member of the Royal Press Team when His Royal Highness the Duke of York opened the Yammer EMEA HQ in Shoreditch! I’ve also shot lots of family and newborn portraits, which are a real joy to do.
A big thank you to all my clients of 2013 and hello to those of 2014 – I’m very much looking forward to working with you!
Please feel free to share my contact details with anyone looking for a photographer for a wedding, family shoot, headshot, portrait or any special occasion or event.
Oh and watch this space – I’m working on a new website!

A couple of weeks ago I spent a brilliant evening on the beach with Ashton – a very talented dancer. Ash’s Mum had treated her to a shoot for her Christmas present and we worked together to create some truly beautiful shots. Noordhoek beach, Cape Town gave us a stunning backdrop. We had some wind to content with but Ash was amazing, so elegant, even in the difficult sand! A little girl came to gaze and a dog also wanted to join in! Toward the end of the shoot Ash was brave enough to venture into the sea (which is painfully cold) and we both ended up in giggles with soggy bottoms! Thanks to Janine and Ponch for assisting.
I am lucky enough to know Jodie and James as friends as well as clients so being asked to shoot their wedding day was a real honour; they had just the most natural and fun wedding day. Please do enjoy the photographs and I really hope they capture the fantastic atmosphere of the day and the love and attention that went into this brilliant party. Jodie looked just stunning and James was super dapper.
Their ceremony was at Islington Town Hall and their reception at the brilliant Trinity Buoy Wharf, London.
A few weeks ago I spent a sunny morning with a very sunny little boy, Ryan and his lovely parents. We had a quick play at home then headed off for a pretty autumnal walk in Nonsuch Park, Sutton.
Introducing the gorgeous Milo. He was just a few weeks old when I visited and had the pleasure of spending some time with him and his parents. Such a beautiful family.
Katie and Denys had a wonderfully relaxed wedding day. Their ceremony was at the pretty St Andrews at Lamas, Norfolk. The church sits back from the road on a beautiful piece of land with river and pasture views. Katie and Denys were then whisked away by the father of the bride in his Land Rover to Hautbois Hall, just up the road. Hautbois is new to weddings, but all I can say is, I hope I get to go back as it’s a stunning back-drop and brilliant wedding venue! Congratulations to Lester and Katie Bayfield the owners! A congrats also goes out to Cheryl Beeney, the Wedding Planner at Hautbois.
The weather began a little dubious, but the evening was lovely. We were joined by horses and a crocodile (!) as drinks were taken just outside the converted barn. A traditional hog roast was on the cards for the guests followed by an impressive spread of desserts and chased down with a few bottles of vodka, curtesy of Denys’ Russian family and friends! All in all a great day!
I spent a really fun morning with Janita and Jamie in Cassiobury Park North London, capturing some photographs to celebrate their engagement. Jamie proposed to Janita in Ireland at the beautiful Blarney Castle, so they wanted their engagement photographs to reflect the surroundings and atmosphere of that special day. They are also fans of a particular Banksy image, so wanted this to inspire the shoot too. It was a little windy on the day, but as you’ll see the balloon did behave itself enough to get some shots of it vertical and not horizontal!
I studied photography at University with Janita so it’s especially cool that she’s asked me to photograph her wedding! Janita and Jamie are to be married in February at the splendid Moor Park Golf Club Hertfordshire. I’m really looking forward to it!
This first photograph is of Janita’s bespoke engagement ring – I love it, it’s just so her!

Introducing Mr. Jamie Parker. JP was born just 11 days ago to Emily and Craig in London. I had the privilege of taking the first official baby photographs of their new son. He has a wonderful temperament and only opens his little mouth to complain when having his nappy changed! Watch this space as his parents have booked me in for another family photography session when he’s a little older!
